Design Alternatives is a residential home plan design
firm. We produce high quality home plans with a
unique flare that includes today’s most desired
features. We have plans that will appeal to
Builders/Developers and homeowners alike. We also
have screened and selected desirable plan designs
from a select few Architects/Designers as to cover a
wide range of home design styles. Our plans are also
available in full-set reduced size (8 ½ x 11) for your
viewing at a modest fee, which would be applied
towards your plan purchase costs if and when you
chose to purchase (within 30 days).
We can also make changes to any of our plans to suit
your specific needs. Kevin Bayliss, owner and
designer, was an award winning builder for several
years prior to going completely into the design field.
We are certain that if you purchase any of our plans,
that you will be completely satisfied with the quality
and accuracy of our drawings. We look forward to
assisting you with your home planning needs. Please

continually updating our catalog of plans.
WHAT YOU GET WITH OUR PLANS:
Your plans our shipped to you in a protected mailing
tube. Shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Plans usually arrive in 2-4 business days.
Plans are produced on high quality, reproducible
Vellum, 24" x 36" sheets (D size). You can run as
many copies as you need to construct your project.
Plans include:
1. 1/4" scale drawings that are detailed and very
'builder friendly'
2. four sided elevations
3. foundation plan
4. floor plans (all stories)
5. cross sections of home
6. stairway details
7. roof plan (birds-eye view)
All rooms and details are accurately dimensioned and
we believe our plans are the best value on the market
today. We think you'll agree.
