Design Alternatives is a residential home plan design
firm. We produce high quality home plans with a
unique flare that include today’s most desired
features. We have plans that will appeal to
Builders/Developers and homeowners alike. We also
have screened and selected desirable plan designs
from a select few Architects/Designers as to cover a
wide range of home design styles. Our plans are
available in full-set reduced size (8 ½ x 11) for your
viewing at a modest fee, which would be applied
towards your plan purchase costs if and when you
chose to purchase (within 30 days).

We can also make changes to any of our plans to suit
your specific needs. Kevin Bayliss, owner and
designer, was an award winning builder for several
years prior to going completely into the design field.
